Our Chicken + Beef Organ Grind combines approximately 70% whole chicken with 30% beef heart, liver, and kidney, creating a rich, whole-food blend for pets who could use a little more organ variety in their diet. We start with whole chickens—with the feathers, gastrointestinal tract, and chicken organs removed—then grind the meat, skin, connective tissue, and edible bone together with beef heart, liver, and kidney.

The whole chicken provides high-quality protein, natural fats, calcium and phosphorus from ground bone, while the beef organs bring their own nutritional punch. Beef heart contributes protein, iron, B vitamins, taurine, and CoQ10; liver is exceptionally rich in vitamin A, copper, iron, and B vitamins; and kidney adds selenium, B12, riboflavin, and other micronutrients.

For customers, this blend is an easy way to introduce multiple cuts and two animal proteins in a single package, while helping us make better use of the whole animals raised by our local farming community. It's ground and packaged in-house from human-grade meat sourced from family farms in East Tennessee.
